What are your minimums?
This does vary by project, so always ask if a project is doable! $250 minimum/24 shirts/24 hats are our general apparel minimums. For promo products and branding- it depends on the project itself. The worst thing that can happen is we can't do it, and we can refer you to a service that can!
What type of apparel do you offer?
We carry many trending styles in all shapes, colors and sizes. Our most popular are tees, hoodies, hats, polos and jackets! We generally have a good, better, and best in every category depending on your needs and budget.
What services do you offer?
We specialize in custom apparel + promo products + lifestyle brand development. Our custom apparel decorating options are screen printing, embroidery, patches, labels and other imprinting styles. Our promo products are trendy products generally in higher quantities. Popular products are drinkware, writing utensils, and branded hard goods. We also offer lifestyle brand development to help make these products more approachable than standard corporate logos plastered everywhere. We want to tell your story creatively through branded products!
What is your lead time or turn-around time?
The average turn-around time is 8-12 business days from the time the deposit is received and art is approved (please refer to How to order for details). We help make it really easy to get what you want in a timely manner. We also offer a 3-5 day rush service- available upon request.
Can you ship my order?
Yes, we can ship your order anywhere in the US. Shipping costs vary depending on location, weight and expected date. We also prefer pickup locally at our Wilmington, NC location. We can also deliver at a small fee if need- available upon request.
